Contribution to the analytical of the governing person

Abstract

This article is structured over the quest for the cathegories most apt to lead the research on the government actors and on their habilitation by the citizens, in the framework of the present outlines of the politological analysis. That quest requires the previous determination of the contradictions and analytical failures that have provoked the crisis of the Power-centered paradigms, of the Historic Ruler. After the identification of sorne teorethical problems, the author suggests the outlines of their soJution or overpassing.
