Abstract

The origins
The development of complex electoral methods, which indicate the way to translate votes into positions, after the completion of a commission, is at the base of a discussion regarding the party sub system within a political system. How many parties can compete? It is the strong question of the question.
From the moment in which, in spite of the liberal ideological orientations, an attempt was made to suppress the existence of the parties, initially considered factions, until they came to form the organizational basis of the electoral consultation processes, a relatively short time elapsed. (...)
