Pedro Narbondo (1953-2015)

Abstract

Pedro Narbondo left us a little over a year ago. It was, is and will be, without a doubt, one of the maximum referents of the Uruguayan Political Science in those subjects linked to the state apparatus, its processes and models of reform, and behavior of the actors linked to him. But the footprint that Pedro left us to students, colleagues and friends had a component that far exceeded the great quality of his work: his enthusiasm and critical sense reflected in each writing, in each class, in each talk from the hallway.
